Frequently Asked Questions

We have pricing structures to meet your specific garbage can cleaning needs March through November.
Garbage bins are a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. Dirty garbage bins release unpleasant odors and can become an attractant for insects and rodents. Cleaning your trash bins regularly will help reduce the risks associated with all of these health concerns. We recommend cleaning your garbage bins every month to help reduce the buildup of harmful germs and odor-causing bacteria.
There is no need for you to be home. We will come to your neighborhood on the day your trash and recycling are picked up, clean your bins, and return them to where you store them.

No. For your convenience, we will automatically renew your account every year with the same service option as the previous year. If you wish to cancel or change your service, please notify our office before your next service/billing.
Yes! We only use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning agents. The cleaning process uses very little water, and all runoff is collected and disposed of properly. The average person cleaning with a garden hose will use significantly more water, and the runoff often enters the storm drain system.
We ask that you have your trash can completely empty on your scheduled cleaning day. If there happens to be garbage in your can we will remove it, clean the can, and replace the garbage that was removed.
Pick the service frequency you would like, check-out on the website, or give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX. You will receive an email with your scheduled cleaning shortly after.
As much as we would love to wave a magic wand and make every trash can look brand spanking new after we have cleaned it, it’s often just not possible. With years of grabbing, tipping, and scraping, the plastic can be worn and scratched beyond what cleaning can fix. Also, your can may have had harsh chemicals, solvents, paints, construction adhesives, and various incarnations of grease, foods, animal waste, and household items disposed of in them. Sometimes, there may still be staining or marks on the trash can surface following our cleaning process. This is staining that can not be removed using conventional methods – but rest assured our high temperature, high pressure cleaning system will clean and sanitize your trash can interior. Additionally, our enzyme-based deodorizer will work on those foul odors in your can, even after we have left!
We clean the standard garbage bins provided by local garbage companies. We do not clean round cans or dumpsters.
The trash bins will be hooked up to our fully self-contained cleaning truck. A non-toxic, biodegradable degreaser may be used to loosen the grime and soil during a pre-wash inspection. The bin will be pressure steam cleaned inside and out, and all runoff will be captured in our hopper. Post-wash, we apply an environmentally friendly sanitizer, disinfectant, and deodorant to the inside of your trash bin. This will help reduce bacteria growth and assist in odor control.
Every four (4) weeks (10 cleanings per year for 2 bins) is $20.00 per service (+$7 per additional bin). We service March-November Every 2 months (6 cleanings per year for 2 bins) is $30.00 per service (+ $5 per additional bin) Just One Time (1 cleaning for 2 bins) is $80 (+ $10 per additional bin)

Our services are available March through November.

In addition to your bins looking and smelling clean, you will receive an email notifying you that we came by as soon as your cleaning is complete.
We will make every effort to clean your bin to the highest of standards. Sometimes it will take a few cleaning cycles to remove grime that has built up over time. Our cleaning process will not remove stains from items such as tar, paint, and oil.
Yes, you can. We have found that our service makes a great gift idea for parents and grandparents, elderly neighbors, or busy young couples with children. When you sign up, indicate where you would like the service to be completed.
We will not clean broken bins. However, we will call and have the bin replaced for you through the city.
